What do I bring to the table?

I offer a 30+ year track record of global business, leadership, and senior management experience across a variety of technology, industry, and service categories spanning $10Ms to $100Ms in revenue. In each case, I successfully built new businesses or turned around under-performing P&Ls, product lines, and global teams. My skill areas include strategy development, product management, business development, user experience, customer experience, and working across functions.

My best work has been fixing a business’ big, hairy, and complex problems, aligning stakeholders across organizations, rallying teams to take strategy-to-action, setting a fast-paced, results-oriented culture, and bringing order out of chaos in complex, highly-matrixed workplaces.

I was consistently recognized as a top performer and a role model manager and leader, often scoring in the top 10% by my direct reports and top quartile by department employees. I developed a cross-organization reputation as a highly desired mentor and coach. With that, I set aside time to formally mentor and coach leaders, managers, and ambitious employees both within and beyond my business group.
